2009 Native Women & Men's Wellness Conference
Please join us April 5-9, 2009 in beautiful Southern California! The American Indian Institute’s HEALTH PROMOTION PROGRAMS at the University of Oklahoma at the University of Oklahoma proudly announces the 8th Native Women & Men’s Wellness Conference. This annual event is recognized as the largest wellness conference for Native and Indigenous people throughout North America. This will be a powerful gathering of Native women and men walking a path of personal wellness and providing healthy support for people in need within their families, work settings and communities. The Town & Country Resort, 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA will be the site for the conference. Located in the heart of San Diego on 32 acres of lush gardens and grounds, this conference setting is designed as a casual and relaxed place, either for peace and privacy or networking and socializing.
