The Grace Inn at Ahwatukee, 10831 South 51st Street, Phoenix, AZ will host both the  Native Diabetes Prevention Conference and the Native Fitness Training for Special Populations.

Located at Interstate 10 and Elliott Road on the border of the Ahwatukee Foothills, the hotel and conference center is in close proximity to many shops, restaurants and local activities.

Complimentary airport transportation is available to travel the 7 miles to and from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport; shuttles are also available to two major malls and local restaurants. Room Rate:
A special room rate of $90 (plus tax) per room per night for single/double occupancy has been obtained for conference participants who make their reservations by January 9th. Room rate includes a full hot breakfast buffet in Matthews Restaurant. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 noon. All reservations will be held without deposit until 4:00 pm on the arrival date.  Reservations for arrival after 6:00 pm must be guaranteed by one night’s room deposit or by major credit card.
