A special room rate of $94 (plus tax) for single or double occupancy per night has been obtained for conference participants who make their reservations by November 1st, 2008. A continental breakfast will be provided for conference participants staying at the hotel on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 noon. All reservations for arrival after 6:00 pm must be guaranteed by one night’s deposit or major credit card. Complimentary parking is provided by the hotel.
The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Super Shuttle transportation is available from the airport to the hotel for approximately $14 per person each way.
